About the role:

Are you passionate about connecting with others and fostering strong relationships? Boody is searching for a Brand and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll serve as the liaison between our customers and our HQ Brand and Marketing team, ensuring outstanding service and nurturing meaningful connections. Duties & Responsibilities:

The role is pivotal in shaping and executing our marketing strategies tailored for our NA audience. You’ll be a hands-on team player who also dedicated to customer experience, doing your part in assisting our NA Customer Care team. 

As our primary NA brand ambassador, your enthusiasm for Boody's products and values will shine through as you champion our mission. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with our brand, taking ownership of vital touchpoints including local marketing campaigns, website experience, and customer success initiatives.

In summary -  you will serve as the key liaison for NA in aligning our Marketing goals (80%) and Customer Care (20%) with our global vision and objectives.

Brand and Marketing Strategy:
  • Collaborate closely with the global team to develop local marketing strategies with impact. Ensure this strategy is managed by marketing budgets, timelines and OKRs with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactively explore new ways to reach our target audience, conduct regular market research and competitor analysis, scope out brand partners and assess new media to further enhance Boody’s reach.
  • Provide significant contribution to the product NPD process, using local customer and marketing data to deliver informed opinions on if, when and how new products should be brought to market in NA. 
Brand and Marketing Management:
  • Work closely with our HQ team to develop clear marketing briefs that empower collaborators. Develop local campaign concepts to key internal stakeholders.
  • Join and positively contribute to global team brainstorming/ creative planning sessions acting as the regional voice of the NA  customer and market. 
  • Monitor brand and marketing performance metrics in NA  and generate actionable insights and innovative ideas that enhance Boody’s competitive edge locally.  
Community and Customer Success:
  • Act as the key escalation point for our NA Customer Care, providing guidance of an exceptional level of Boody customer service - one that is memorable and impressionable.
  • Take charge of managing online reviews, responding to customer feedback, and implementing best practices to address customer concerns effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Ops Team and other required stakeholders to streamline backend processes, including managing order dispatch and ensuring efficient order fulfilment.

About You:

Our ideal candidate is a hands on professional with a vision,l looking to make a meaningful impact in the brand and marketing space while championing customer experience and fostering a culture of collaboration and success. You will be highly motivated, organised and full of untapped creative flair.

  • Previous experience in Customer Care (ideally at a manager level)
  • 1+ years experience as an eCommerce Coordinator or similar level role.
  • Experience in, or working closely with, a marketing function to drive positive customer outcomes (bonus points for an e-commerce brand)
  • Results-driven and commercially minded with a flair for creativity.
  • Having a keen interest in the local and international fashion and apparel industry, with an understanding of key competitors, customer expectations, and eCommerce user experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.
