We are on the lookout for a creative lead to join our close-knit team of marketers and creatives as part of a 12 month maternity contract.
Leading the junior and mid-weight designers and reporting to the Head of Marketing, D2C and Product, you would help drive our brand purpose of championing a future fit for all.
You will play an integral role in creating content that drives brand awareness and work closely with external creative agencies, artworking agencies and creative contractors to deliver on a number of brand campaigns and packaging projects throughout the year.
As well as creative concepting and moodboarding, you will lead and oversee the full creative team, take design concepts through to execution and deliver on all creative campaign assets for each channel, on time.
As Creative Lead you will establish and implement design and format standards and processes to produce consistent and high-quality results that drive business results.

We’re searching for someone with a drive and a true passion for design, someone who creates world-class work and thrives on ideas worth talking about. You will support the design and development of the Boody brand marketing communications working to deliver marketing collaterals in line with the brand vision whilst ensuring the brand quality, value, standards and timelines are met. You have an eye for detail, love problem solving and are an excellent communicator who has experience managing multiple deadlines at once.
You have a passion for photography, graphic design and film. You take pride in your work and presentation and never back down from a challenge. You are constantly looking for ways to improve and have a strong work ethic. You’re a team player and support other members of the team from time to time while remaining accountable for your tasks through to completion.
