We are looking for a Digital Coordinator with 2+ years experience in the field to support the daily operations of our fast growing D2C and marketplace business. Managing strategies and tactics onsite to increase conversion rate and lower bounce rates, this role will be pivotal in delivering the best in breed online customer experience.

About the Role

We’re looking for someone with direct experience in the ecommerce and digital marketing space so you can hit the ground running. You’ll need to know your way around Shopify Plus and other best-of-breed D2C platforms and be confident in briefing and working with our agency partners to execute conversion optimization tactics and support with key integration projects.

What You'll Do - Role Details

  • Be accountable for updating all content on the website related to home pages, landing pages and navigation.
  • Own product uploads - creating new products, merching new product categories and optimising product meta data. 
  • Be responsible for managing our search and merch strategy, ensuring we share actionable insights from our search and merch tool to increase conversion rates. 
  • Own the product onsite merchandising experience, ensuring products are tagged and appearing in the relevant categories and filters. 
  • Champion the onsite user experience and share information relevant to what our customers are searching for and optimise landing pages and products to meet their needs while feeding any relevant information to the product team. 
  • Support across key projects related to large integrations between Shopify and other systems such as marketplace channel integrators and search and merch tools ensuring test cases are created and executed. 
  • Manage troubleshooting and resolving all front-end related issues with agencies partners and back-end issues with our operations team. 
  • Support monthly and weekly KPI reporting, gathering relevant data and actioning any insights that come from the data.
  • Support the eCommerce and Digital Marketing Manager in driving our development agency to manage feature requests, CRO tactics and user issues.
  • Manage our marketplace channels meeting with our marketplace partners to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, data related or integration related, on our marketplace channels, working together with our partners and operations team.
  • Manage the upload and merchandising where applicable of all bundles onto our marketplace channels including product copy refinement and product images as well as relevant mapping required for each marketplace.
  • Compile monthly marketplace reviews, identifying opportunities to drive increased revenue and then executing on them.
  • Work with third party translators to brief and translate product, website and paid performance copy on our international sites and marketplaces.

Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years ecommerce and digital marketing experience
  • Proficient in Shopify, Google Analytics.
  • Experience with Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager ideal but not essential.
  • Be self-driven, energetic and motivated
  • Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adopt a test and learn approach and seek continuous improvement
  • Excellent time management and highly organised work ethic

    The Fine Print

    • This role is full time and you are required to work from Boody HQ 3 to 4 days per week (if you're aligned with our values, you'll love being here). Please do not apply if seeking fully remote work.
    • We require you to have full residency or a permanent Visa in Australia.
