This had potential…
This shirt looked promising when I saw it on line, even when I FINALLY received it. I put it on and it was really soft and cozy feeling. So it definitely feels really nice. However after washing and drying it the neckline is now puckered. The shirt should have been a little longer… feels like it’s suppose to be a short shirt, but the looks like the designer couldn’t decide which way to make the shirt length.
The DELIVERY of my order TOOK FOREVER! I placed my order on line on June 29th and it wasn’t delivered until July 22nd! Shipping was suppose to be 3-5 business days! Would I order from this company again? No! Would I recommend this product? No! Too many disappointments with the shirt. I might buy other Boody products if I see them at the store, but I will not purchase from anything on line again.
The customer service - shipping department is horrendous! They know they have a problem within the shipping department and they haven’t rectified the problem. They do however tell their stories of problems to the consumers; which is not the consumers problem! Never owned their mess they’ve got going on or made things right with the customer. Which adds up to bad customer service and disappointment.
I will not order on line ever again… products are great, but not worth the GREAT WAIT!

We're just wrapping up a new shipping and warehouse software implementation and it put us way behind on the shipping speed side. We're passed that now and I'm happy to report that we're back to shipping on time and are working hard to improve continue to improve shipping and logistics across the board. You're absolutely right. This absolutely IS NOT your problem. It is however the reality of a rapidly growing business in a really tough labor market, and one that we're trying to be transparent about.
