About the Role

As CRM and Visual Merchandising Specialist you will support the optimisation and execution of merchandising strategies for all six regional websites, as well as collaborate and execute the CRM marketing plan across all channels,  taking ownership of onsite content management. 

Key Responsibilities:

Collaboration and innovation:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to convert ideas and opportunities into tangible initiatives with measurable outcomes across visual merchandising and CRM channels. 

Marketing operations support:

  • Manage the critical path hand-off from Operations to Marketing to ensure seamless and on-time product launches onsite and via email and SMS. 
  • Assist the team with any website issues that can be resolved through the Shopify theme/apps, Nosto, Pimberly etc.

Onsite merchandising:

  • Create a cadence for executing on merchandising techniques to drive conversion rate, including visual merchandising, cross-selling and upselling, running A/B tests and optimising personalisation rules for behavioural merchandising.
  • Work closely with Product and Planning to understand our product offering and availability to stay reactive and relevant in the market.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to define Edits, Bundles and Product-to-Product relationships to drive product recommendation and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Maintain promotional messaging across the site.

CRM execution and optimisation:

  • Drive the execution and ongoing optimisation of campaign emails.
  • Collaborate and execute an A/B testing framework, built to optimise the customer experience and increase conversion via CRM channels. 

Product enrichment & content management:

  • Own the management of product information and metadata in the PIM that is used for onsite display and to drive automated workflows and SKU Mapping from ERP's.
  • Work with Brand and Creative to create and update key informational landing pages and product landing pages.

About You:

Our ideal candidate is a professional looking to make a meaningful impact in the digital marketing space while championing customer experience and fostering a culture of collaboration and success.

If this sounds like you, the below requirements would be great to address to help your application stand out.

  • 2+ years experience as an eCommerce Coordinator or similar level role.
  • Previous experience at an eCommerce business in a Visual Merchandising or CRM capacity (both are a bonus)
  • Results-driven and commercially minded.
  • Analytical and data-driven with the ability to hypothesise and implement A/B tests and interpret results to maximise merchandising and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Experience with Shopify, Personalisation and Merchandising tools, PIMs, and ESP / CRM systems.
  • Having a keen interest in the local and international fashion and apparel industry, with an understanding of key competitors, customer expectations, and eCommerce user experience.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.

  • This role is a 12-month parental leave cover, stepping in to cover the roles and responsibilities of one of our current team as we support them in this exciting time in their lives.
  • We require you to have full residency or a permanent Visa in Australia.
