When redeeming points at checkout for a voucher code, you will not be able to use the auto generated code in combination with another voucher. For example, if you have received a Welcome code and also have points available to redeem a $5 voucher at checkout, you won’t be able to apply both. If you have added a discount code after redeeming points, we’ll refund your points instead. However, you can still use a gift card at the same time as you are redeeming your points.

Your comfort coins will expire 12 months after your last online order on boody.com.au, or if you haven’t placed an order yet, from the date of your account creation.

Your Level of Goodness is determined by how many comfort coins you have accumulated during the previous 12 months. Coins are based on your online activity and purchase spend (after promotional offers, before taxes and shipping charges are applied) when you check out with the email that is registered to your account. Please note that there is a 30-day delay in the spend calculation in your Level of Goodness. During that 30-day period, your coins will be shown as “pending”.

Upon the return of an item or order cancellation, the spend amount applied to your Level of Goodness for the original purchase will be deducted from your account.

We recommend that you use a single email address for all your transactions on boody.com.au to ensure you receive credit towards your Level of Goodness for every qualifying purchase made going forward. For questions or concerns, please contact us.

At program launch, you will automatically be placed into the appropriate Level of Goodness based on your qualifying purchases made online at boody.com.au within the previous 12 months*. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Once enrolled, share your unique link provided in your online Boody account with a friend. When you refer a friend, you’ll get 300 coins ($15 rewards) when your friend makes a purchase.

Your pending coins will become cancelled and will be removed from your account.

After making an online purchase with us, you will receive a product review email after 15 days. After responding to the review email, coins will be attributed to your account. Excludes reviews left on site.

Simply log in to your account and go to the Goodness Corner dashboard. Select the tab that says ‘Earn Coins’. Click on any of the social media channels you wish to follow and log in to that platform and like or follow us! If you already follow us, simply unfollow then follow again so you get coins for the action.

Approved: These coins can be redeemed on rewards immediately.

Pending: These coins need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals. The approval period is 30 days which corresponds to our 30-day window for returns.

With gift cards, comfort coins are only given once. We don’t give comfort coins for the part of an order paid with a gift card, instead, we give coins for having bought the gift cards.
