We offer express shipping in case you need your Boody fast! You can expect delivery within 1-2 business days, depending on your location in Australia.
To estimate your delivery time, visit the Australia Post delivery estimate website and enter the postcode 2759 in the ‘From’ field and your own postcode in the ‘To’ field. Remember to also consider the processing time for dispatching your order when working out when to expect your parcel!

Please be aware that different countries have unique customs rules and regulations. Unfortunately if your package gets held at customs you will be responsible for communication and any additional costs required to release your item(s).
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
As soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number that can be used to check your parcel’s progress. To track your parcel and get an estimated delivery time, just follow the link in the tracking email.
Alternatively, once you receive your tracking number you can enter it on the Australia Post tracking website.
All orders sent within Australia require a signature on delivery. If you are not available to sign for your order, Australia Post will leave a note with instructions for pick up from a designated post office. If you are an Australia Post My Post customer you may be contacted by Australia Post prior to delivery offering their Safe Drop service where you waive the requirement for a signature.
While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, Boody Australia will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over, or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight, including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
Please note that international orders (including to New Zealand) cannot be delivered to Post Office boxes.
If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and ask you whether you would prefer to be refunded for those items or those items held and sent to you once back in stock.
Customs and import charges for international orders: Depending on the value of your order and the destination country, you may be charged import or customs charges. These charges are imposed by the destination country and we are not able to control or estimate any applicable fees or charges. Customs and import fees are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel, and are not included in the cost of delivery. Please check with your country’s customs service if you need more information.

Returns and Exchange Policy
We take every measure to ensure that our production standards are both ethical and quality assured. We know you're going to love your Boody but if for any reason you have any issues, please lodge a return by completing the web form above.
You can return any item except underwear within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging. For hygienic reasons it is against the law to exchange or refund underwear, except in the case of a faulty garment, in which case we will organise an immediate replacement sent to you free of charge.
Boody is most accommodating in terms of sizing but please check our size chart prior to purchase and if you are unsure, feel free to contact us and our team will happily assist you. We will replace incorrect sizing if the garment is untarnished and in it's original packaging.
All returns enquiries will be responded to by our support team within 1 business day and exchanges will be sent immediately following the receipt of the exchanged products. The cost of returning the item(s) by post is at the expense of the customer, unless faulty.
