"Supportive enough to wear without a bra as there is a built in one. Great for extra layers in the colder months and for a high neck option for discretion. I'm 43, 168cm (5'6), 72kg and usually a 10 in tops, 12 in pants. This was a Medium. But if you don't like the high cut, g-string/thong style, this is not the option for you."
