If you’ve been following me for a bit, you know I’ve been open about my struggles with anxiety. I also get overly stressed and struggle sleeping. ⁣ ✨⁣ But I also like to live a natural lifestyle and try my best not to turn to medications. I’m really loving using @BalanceGenics Ashwaganda supplements because it’s organic, (which is huge for me) vegan, and it’s also inexpensive. I’m a really big fan of medicinal herbs like Ashwagandha for so many reasons and I def recommend giving this a try if you want to go the natural route. ⁣ ✨⁣ Between that, an active lifestyle, and a healthy diet…it really seems to help keep my symptoms under control. Go to to grab yours and use code “RAWKYLE2” during checkout for 20% off their already low price. Direct link in my profile. #ad

For those of you guys who thought lunch boxes were for grade school kids, think again! I've decided to prep inside the box! Here's today's lunch broken down into healthy carbs, protein, and fat. Did you know that a lot of foods can contain both protein and carbs - like quinoa, spinach, kale, and broccoli, while tofu contains mainly protein along with other vitamins like vitamin A, B-6, and calcium too! _ I'm not vegan or vegetarian but often like to incorporate vegan meals into my week. Healthy fat from avocado oil or olive oil mixed in makes for a great salad dressing (mine has olive oil, vinegar, salt, and orange juice)! Yum! _ And for those of you guys who asked about the bento style mealprep box after I posted it on IG stories, it's from @getprepd! #caligirlgetsfood #mealprep #vegan #mealprepmonday #caligirlgetsfood #healthyeating #healthychoices #foodisfuel #foodblogger #homemadefood #cookingislife

Boody x Charlie Evans

Boody x Charlie Evans

Last week, in celebration of our New Nude collection, we hosted a 'nude' art class with @_artbycharlie. Charlie led the class, discussing abstract figurative techniques and started with a drawing exercise, focusing on the lines of the body, shapes, movement, negative and positive space, placing and composition. Our models were in the nude - Boody nudes. They each showcased the new colours and were the drawing focus of the class. Depending on your skin tone, everyone's version of nude is different. We believe that every line, fold, curve, shape, and colour that makes you you is something to celebrate. Our class was inspired by nude being a state of being, not a colour.  Discover our collaboration below with images of the day.  Shop nudes.
